Chef/Owner Bruce Walters

Bruce Walters, head chef and co-owner of the Black Forest Café & Bakery, started his culinary career in 1984. Bruce trained at the finest culinary schools in the world - including Le Cordon Bleu in London and Ecole de Cuisine, La Varenne in Paris. Since opening The Black Forest in 1988, Bruce has focused his menus on made from scratch comfort foods, adding his creative twists to dining room menu dishes as well as bakery treats and marketplace takeout.
